Professional Development to Improve Technology Integration for Rural School Districts with Significant Low Income Populations

Improved Instruction for Limited English Proficient Students in Rural School Districts with Significant Low Income Populations
"[Provide funding to qualifying] rural school districts . . . with 20 percent or more of the children…from families with incomes below the poverty line . . . [for] . . . [a]ctivities authorized under title III [Language Instruction For Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Students]." From NCLB Act
