Software Product Analyst

We have an opportunity available for a Software Product Analyst. Working closely with the Product Manager, as well as a broad range of internal groups, this individual will work as an integral member of an Agile Development team to translate high level software requirements into specific functional details. As the detailed technical product expert, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that the products are easy to use, fast to learn and are useful to our customers, both students and teachers.

Candidates should have:

• BS or BA degree
• 5+ years previous experience in software development and/or analysis
• Proven track record in developing commercial software on Mac and/or Windows; experience developing web applications a plus
• Familiarity with Agile Development with Scrum teams highly desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively, in a team-focused environment
• A strong detail orientation, with the ability to multitask by working on more than one project or task concurrently
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
